We help our clients make a positive impact and achieve their goals. Our deep industry understanding and personalized approach enables us to deliver tangible results that create long-term value for our clients.

Putting My Strengths and Experience to Work

With more than a decade of experience in eCommerce operations with multiple startups, a large corporation and an eCommerce consulting company, I have gained extensive knowledge across various eCommerce business models, including direct-to-consumer, Amazon.com, and other marketplace sites. I have a proven track record of leading successful teams that achieved massive revenue growth and cost savings exceeding $4 million in a single year.

In 2021, I was given an opportunity to become a COO of a mission-driven company. I helped prepare the company for acquisition, which was completed in just a few months. As an integrator, I was able to leverage my strengths and skills to positively impact the company and people. I love to serve my customers and have a special place in my heart for startups and small businesses. God made me for this work for which I'm so grateful!

As an Enneagram 3, my intense bias for action and my ambition for problem-solving, combined with a focus on relationship-building, enables me to understand how teams work and bring out the best in each person on your team. I am passionate about building a strong and healthy team culture, which is a vital aspect of long-term business success.

My mission is to empower you, your team, and your business. I am passionate about team enablement and driving unified progress towards long-term strategic goals. I believe in being both detail-oriented and results-focused, ensuring that progress and learning happen every day. I want to help you build a legacy.

Through my business, I would love to inspire other women entrepreneurs (and moms!) through our interactions and the ways I help enable their work. Ultimately, I hope to make our kids proud and see that they can do anything through their faith, strength, and gifts that God has given them. I’m grateful to my husband for his unwavering support and for his continual encouragement.

My faith is so important to me and what our family puts at the center of our life. We love to spend our Wednesday evenings with our beloved small group family at church!
Tyler, my husband, is my personal grammar police! All jokes aside, he's my rock and gives me the easy-going balance that I need. So grateful for his love for me.
We have the two sweetest kiddos. A girl and a boy who make our life really sweet!
In the spring and summer, you can find me outside in the garden, pulling weeds, or simply sitting in the sun (with SPF on of course!)
I'm a sucker for a hard problem to solve! I have a hard time stopping until I've figured it out, especially if it involves a spreadsheet with crazy formulas.
