I started Monarch COO in early 2023 because I saw how desperately leaders needed someone beside them, not beneath them, to translate their vision into reality.

The Monarch Name
I’ve always loved butterflies; they remind me of my grandmother who was a woman of faith and lived a life full of resilience.
Founders often begin as visionaries, but to truly scale, they must shed what no longer serves them, embrace change, and emerge stronger. My role is to guide that transformation, helping e-commerce brands move from the messy middle into systems, structure, and sustainable growth.
